Happy Birthday, Mr. Monk

Plot:

Natalie is determined to throw a surprise party for Mr. Monk, even though he's certain that she can't do it. Meanwhile, a janitor is killed shortly before a businessman is poisoned. Mr. Monk is distracted during the case, because he's always on the look out for a surprise party being sprung on him, and also obsessed with a new vacuum cleaner! Captain Stottlemeyer finally sees some romance in the form of Virginia Madsen as T. K. Jensen.
