Plot:

Garcia leading a victims' support group is a measure to deal with the guilt associated with the death of her parents when she was a teenager, they who were looking for her past curfew late one evening when they were struck by a drunk driver. One of her closest friends in the group, Monica Kingston, just hit the seven year anniversary of the abduction of her then adolescent daughter Hope, who she believes is still alive.
