Plot:

Nancy tells Chuck (CEO) that she wore a wire and the SEC will be indicting him for fraud. Chuck wants Nancy to flee with him and gives Nancy his townhouse. Doug comes to Nancy's rescue at the SEC. Zoya starts working in the warehouse and Nancy works out a way to make her leave. Shane tells Nancy about his internship with the Police and gets caught printing the Pouncy House files. Silas tells Emma that he won't back down from running his business in New York and offers her to join team Botwin but Emma turns the house upside-down and is revealed as the boss of Pouncy ...
